With several years of combined experience in the health and fitness industry, the BBR Team will help you learn to train your body for better health, wellness and fitness. BBR Training identifies the client’s goals and creates a tailored fitness plan that includes weight training, cardiovascular training, flexibility and nutritional components. Emphasis is placed on proper use of equipment and form technique in order to prevent injury and optimize workout sessions. BBR Trainers keep daily log sheets on each client to track the individual’s progress.

REGGIE CANDACE JAMEY AARON
Reggie has been involved in athletics and fitness professionally as an individual, as well as a coach and a personal trainer. Certified by the Cooper Institute and the APEX Fitness Group he specializes in Strength and Speed Training for athletes. His area of expertise is helping train athletes focused primarily on reaching the next level, whether that be college or professional.
Candace is certified by the National Council of Strength and Fitness.
